What we keep
- Your account: name, email, and your password in a protected form that can't be read. If you use Google to sign in, we receive your name and email from Google.
- Your documents and any photo you add.
- Your payment requests, and the transfer images you upload. We don't receive or keep card details.
- The number of PDFs your account has downloaded.
- Technical details needed to keep your session and protect your account, such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To provide the service, confirm payments and send emails about your account and plan.
- We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it.
Who can see it
- Our team can see your account, subscription and payment details. Our team doesn't see the content of your documents.
- Transfer images can only be seen by team members with full access.
- Anyone with a share link you created can view that document, including your contact details.
Services we rely on
- Hostinger hosts the service.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- Google handles sign-in if you choose it.
- Kashier handles the payment if you choose it, under its own terms.
How long we keep it
- Documents: until you delete them, or one year after a plan ended without renewal, with an email 30 days before.
- Documents of accounts that never subscribed, or that used a single document payment: one year, with no email.
- Transfer images: 12 months.
- Records of actions by our team: 24 months.
Deleting your account
- You can delete your account from Settings. Your account, documents and photos are deleted at once.
- Payment records and transfer images are kept for 12 months, then deleted.
Cookies
- We only use the cookies needed to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
- Your files are kept in private storage with no public links, and connections to the site are encrypted.
