The service

Career CV lets you build CVs and Cover Letters in Arabic or English, and download them as PDF files.
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

An account has one email and one password. A company may share one account among its team.
You're responsible for keeping your password safe, and for what happens under your account. Changing your password logs out all other devices.
Your email address can't be changed.
We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms. A suspended account can't log in, and its documents are kept.

A free account can create one document, and can edit and preview it, but can't download it.
Paid plans let you hold documents up to your plan's limit. CVs and Cover Letters count together, and deleting a document frees its place.
A single document payment gives 14 days of editing and PDF downloads for one document.
If you move to a smaller plan while holding more documents than its limit, they stay, but you can't create new ones until you're under the limit.

Prices include tax. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, in EGP or AED.
Payments are reviewed by hand. Your plan starts on the day we confirm your payment, not when you send it. A request stays open for 7 days.
Plans don't renew by themselves. Renewing the same plan early adds your remaining days. Changing to another plan starts it from the beginning, and any remaining days on the old plan are lost.
All payments are final. No refunds are given after payment.

Downloading and sharing stop as soon as your plan ends. You can still edit and delete your documents, but you can't create new ones.
If you don't renew, your documents are deleted one year after your plan ended. We email you 30 days before.
If you never subscribed, or used a single document payment, your documents are deleted after one year with no email.

A deleted document can be restored for 5 seconds. After that, it's gone for good.
You can delete your account from Settings. This can't be undone. See the Privacy Policy for what's kept.

Your documents belong to you, and you're responsible for what you write in them.
A share link can be opened by anyone who has it, and shows your contact details. You can turn it off at any time, and it stops working if your plan ends.
Downloaded PDFs contain a hidden copy of your details, so they can fill a document again later. Keep that in mind when sending them.

Please don't use Career CV to break the law, to pretend to be someone else, or to disturb the service or other customers.
